Our 14U Prep Academy is designed for players making the transition from 12U to 13U hockey, as well as 13U players preparing for the jump to 14U. It follows the proven FSA development model, with the addition of bi-weekly body checking instruction to help players advance safely and confidently.

The biggest advantage of this on-ice program is its gradual, structured approach to body checking. Players aren't simply thrown into contact situations and expected to figure it out. Instead, we teach proper technique, positioning, and confidence step by step, ensuring every player is prepared to compete safely and effectively from day one.
