The Unbelievable Results

For those of you who don't know me, I spent 12 years with the Littleton Hockey Association, serving in a variety of roles including Director of Skill Development, Director of 8U Skill Development, Hockey Director, and coach of numerous top-level teams.

During those 12 years, I saw only one player make the jump from B to AA. It's one of the most difficult leaps in youth hockey because you're not just improving, you're passing players who were already competing at a higher level than you the year before. To many people, that sounds almost impossible.

But with the right training, development plan, and commitment, the impossible becomes very possible.

The results speak for themselves. Through our 2023, 2024, and 2025 Frozen Summer Academy, 14 players have made the jump from B to AA. Even more impressive, one of those players advanced all the way from CRHL to AA.
